-Portsmouth's away record (6-1-3) is a lot better than their home record (2-5-1). However this is probably due to the fact that the style of play with quick African wizards works better away where teams attempt to play more than they would when visiting Pompey. ARSENAL WILL HOWEVER BE A DIFFERENT SORT OF OPPONENT SINCE THEY WILL ATTACK AND GO FOR 3 POINTS RATHER THAN BE CONTENT WITH 1 POINT...many teams this season would come to Pompey expecting a draw to be a good effort. This is why I think they have been slightly more open at home.

- In the last 6 home games, Porstmouth have not scored in 5, and the other they scored 7 against Reading in that 7-4 game.
