Vote: Man of the Match: Arsenal 3-1 Celtic (Champions League 2nd Leg)

A very good result to see us through to the Champions League. It may be a bit difficult to vote for the man of the match this time since there were some very good performances from all over the park.

For me, Eboue stood out (I never thought I would write that…ever). He rallied forward, made at least 5-6 very useful contributions going forward while running around and chasing every ball like we know he can. It was great to see him get on the score sheet because the Eboue with confidence is the one we need to see more of if Wenger has plans for him to be used frequently this season.

Vermaelen again looked very solid at the back with some thunderous heading to clear the lines as well as Gallas doing the same while still managing to parade forward to become our right winger from centre back.

Song again looked very comfortable in his role, breaking up play and holding things well. Clichy worked very hard while still managing to complicate some passes here and there but otherwise he had a decent game also. Eduardo looked sharp as ever and even though his penalty has been under some scrutiny, nobody can argue with the cool finish that made it 1-0.

So who was your man of the match? Vote above and leave some comments below to let us know why you voted for who you did.
